DRAW INSPECTIONS
Draw inspections (sometimes known as progress inspections or completion evaluations) are status reports of construction project progress. The inspector visits a property site on behalf of the bank or lender, assesses the progress and provides a report on items requested. Photos and notes are always included in the draw inspection reports.
PEST INSPECTIONS
At House on the Rock, we work with termite vendors throughout Middle Tennessee to coordinate a pest inspection along with your home inspection. If termites go left untreated, they can cause a lot of damage to your home.

POOL INSPECTIONS
Does your new home have a pool? House on the Rock partners with a pool inspector to provide any relevant pool services, including leak analyses, to clients who may be in need of such a service. In-ground or above-ground, we will get your pool inspection scheduled alongside your home inspection to make the process as easy as possible.
